INTERIOR DESIGN

Full interior design service involves multiple steps and will typically have a longer time frame, depending on the changes. The service can go as far as flooring, lighting, wall coverings, ceiling decor, furniture, soft furnishings, lighting, scent, greenery/florals and styling.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1

We have a in person consulation, meet cleints at home or project to discuss gather all information like design style, personal preferences, budget and timelines.

STEP 2

After gathering and reviewing all the necessary information, I charge a fixed design fee per room. From there, I’ll prepare a detailed quote covering all aspects of the space, including furnishings, décor, lighting and labour. You’ll then have the opportunity to refine the proposal—adding or removing items to suit your preferences and budget.

STEP 3

If you’re happy with the proposal, I will develop mood boards and finishing boards for presentation and discussion. During this stage, I will also take detailed room measurements and produce technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and an FF&E schedule.

STEP 4

Throughout the process and installation, I will be on site to oversee the work, managing contractors and skilled tradespeople. I will also provide final approvals and continue to make key decisions as the project progresses.

STEP 5

As the room nears completion, all décor, accessories, and styling pieces will be carefully installed to bring the space together.
